Why? Jesus Came to Save Sinners

Why did Jesus come to Earth? Jesus came to save sinners. He died once so we wouldn't die for eternity. He rose again and now we know we will too. It feels like we should have to work to show Him we are worthy of that sacrifice. Instead, He tells us the most Christmas of instructions, receive it as a gift. Then we get to celebrate Him with our lives! Merry Christmas!
