The Apostle Paul told his young protégé Timothy, “If you put these things before the brothers, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, being trained in the words of the faith and of the good doctrine that you have followed.” (1 Timothy 4:6) This is why teaching the Bible is so important to us at Grace. However, we do not teach the Word just so that we all can have heads crammed with knowledge. Again, Paul teaches us that knowledge has the potential to puff up but love builds up.
(1 Corinthians 8:1)

Therefore, the reason we value teaching the Word of God is that we might be transformed into deeper lovers of God and our neighbors. It is our prayer that you will be blessed through the various teachings that take place at Grace Community but always be mindful of the words of Jesus – to whom much is given, much is required.
